Depends on the Ghost Rider you're talking about.If it is the Noble Kale version, that Ghost Rider WTFPawned Blackheart.Blackheart upon that time was the lord of hell.And Noble Kale was stated to have angelic powers or so.If not, Darkseid would take this.
