Plus he's pretty decidedly faster than Vargas.

Even without it, Gorgon is scurry fast. Fast enough to be blinded and still lop off both of Yo-Yo's arms in the middle of a speed dash.

He's also got that battle telepathy goin on.

Pretty sure he could see through his "blindfold" (the one he got from Hydra), it seemed to work like a typical superhero Mask...

But yeah, he has uber speed + Mr. X-esque TP.

I thought he wore it to make fights more challenging since he was solely relying on other senses and his tp?

Either way, guy's a badass. On top of being a Japanese Christian who proved God was real when he was 4.

There was a reason why Gorgon switched from his original (resurrection, one appearance) blindfold. Because he couldn't see in it... the new one most certainly worked like the one-way mirror; his old sunglasses that got broken or Spider-Man's mask.

I was reading Spiderman getting his butt kicked way before you were born kids.

Anyway Gorgon probably wins, Vargas is a tough one but got few advantages to play with here.

And any physical advantage Vargas has over a normal person, Gorgon has over him. Better trained, better fighter, better physically, etc..
