Haven't seen Cap perform comicbook reflex feats.

if this were in the AVF and Cap had his comic book feats he'd stomp, but being this is movie feats only Wesker is too fast and will tag Cap easily

Even if we gave Cap his comic feats, in a forum fight, he'd be a really good match for Cap. And without wanking, he'd probably win a majority.
