I personally think any version of the Spectre destroys Thanos near-instantly.

In most of the instances in which single combatants like Captain Marvel, Black Adam etc. have faced Spectre they have magic and/or some divine backing. They still lose but they last a bit. Thanos has no divine power source, the result

thanos is going to get his assed kicked. Then he will get back up and get his ass kicked. Then he will get back up and get his ass kicked. This contiunes to repeat itself till thanos finally gets knocked out. Not killed but knocked out. The mad titan will never concede to the specter.
