Well if it is a foot race....

I dont know much about Wonder man TBH..

Hulk does a Straight line - Going THROUGH buildings and not carring about turns... until he comes up to a river and sinks like a rock..

Thor is smarter but if he cant fly... Well he isnt all that fast on foot.... Unless he follows Hulk as he smashs through buildings and when Hulk drowns Thor goes to the bridge. =D

Can Hulk jump?

He said no Leaping. So Hulk cant jump over the river.
If Hulk could just jump his way then he would win easy.

Waid's Hulk has some actual running speed feats but generally I'd say he comes last. While Hulk can jump like crazy and has very high explosive power, I've often seen him portrayed like a lumbering caveman. Besides, Thor proved to be the faster of the two in their first exchange.

He could probably leap from the Earth to the moon, in fact..

You'd think so, but leaping strength doesn't always make much sense. For example, I remember it being pointed out that Thing couldn't leap for shit.

Although Wonder Man was capable of leaping from one side of an island, clear across the top of a volcano, and down to the other-side of an island easily. Even She-Hulk and Abomination can leap high distances.

As you'd expect, Thor has almost no leaping feats. However, once he jumped what looked to be a great distance and caught up to a speeding rocket that was going to space so he can jump a fair amount if the situation calls for it.
