who would enhance his stats more with the Red power ring of Rage?

Savage Hulk?
Classic Juggernaut?
Colossunaut?

Hulk

Hulk easily.

His fuel is rage. Him putting on a Red Ring would send him through the roof.

The other two comparisons are pointless. I can't think of another character who would benefit so much from putting it on.

Arguably they have the same potential. Both are Gem of Cyttorak holders.
I just don't see the gem "exceeding" their abilities but just plain letting them go all out.

Whereas I see the ring amping Hulk pretty viscously. WBH with Red Ring.
Should be fun to watch.
