Who wins a battle of respect? Restrict this to Marvel/DC Earth.

Superman and Captain America has to be at the top. My apologies if this has been done before.

among villains, doom and luthor are the most obvious answers

Cap based solely on the fact marvel currently has more superheroes and villians on there planet earth

But generally they are both generally well respected by everyone
