in principle id say starfire. what are her current stats like?

idk, storm has some weird "one-off" feats that make her ridiculous in a forum setting...

EDIT: for as much as the realist in me hates it, apparently she "can" read the actions of neurons in a person's brain...

Preboot, Starfire. No idea whether she'd win in the N52.

Pre 52 Starfire wins easily. She's faster and can one-shot Storm. Storm can't even do anything to her. Her quickest and most used attack would probably be lightning which Starfire can absorb or dodge. But that won't matter since she goes down first.

Yeah, the main problem is that Starfire's physical abilities are so much higher than Storm's.

Starfire is hotter and probably more powerful, but...

I think Storm has the experience to go the distance.

Starfire is more agressive, IMO. I think I'll give her the sleight edge. It's by no means a stomp, though.

You're saying DCnU Starfire isn't a stomp? or Pre-boot?

How is it not? What is Storm going to do? She's not faster, she's not stronger, and she can't take any of Starfire's hits. Lighting and ice won't do anything to Kory, and wind would be ineffective. And as for experience, Starfire has been trained as a warrior since she was a kid and has taken down Amazons in h2h.

(Unless this new 52 Starfire can't do any of this. I've only read a bit of Red Hood and the Outlaws and stopped because I didn't like it). Which version are you using?

Oh I wasn't sure if it was a fan art or something, she must have got a new (but still fugly) costume since I last saw her.
Well if her powers have drastically changed since then, then I dunno, someone else will have to debate lol
