Thor can affect souls.
Black Adam was able to damage the Spectre so maybe
Hulk can fight as a spirit and resisted being possessed
Bill has the same powers as Thor

Don't know about the others, but I do know that Majestic has resisted possession.

Black Adam has the best chance.

Cap Marvel put up a good fight with the Spectre, and Adam is a bit more vicious with the same powerset.
