1. Sinister is not a mutant.

2. He didn't defeat the Phoenix 5 on his own. He had a whole city full of clones, plus 5 clones of Madelyn Pryor.

3. He's a loser, in that he lost. But he'd still win against Dracula.

Technically all comic book villains are losers...

yeah, sinister has too many abilities i think for drac in a straight up 1on1 situation, unless he was amped.
