Superior Spider-Man drops in on the DCU and creates a hit-list.

1. Nightwing
2. Batman
3. Deathstroke
4. Prometheus
5. Midnighter

Is Ock superior in DC or does he fall?

If it's a scenario where he builds up a lab, inventions, gains information on all of them and then tactically strikes to take everyone down individually he definately takes this.

Prometheus wins.

Spider-Ock has to win without prep in this scenario.

He should clear

I see no reason why he shouldn't clear this. Especially since it doesn't appear they know he's coming.

Spider-Ock is fooling with some device in the 616 and ends up in Metropolis. He sees these guys on the air and decides he is superior in every way and will prove it by killing them.

...no one gets one-sided prep yet only spider-man knows he is actually targeting these people....

A) its not like they suddenly develop precognition and realize their being targeted.
B) very unlikely they will be crowded up together in one place just for spider-man to be aware of their existence.
C) Developing a hit list already implies prep

Lets take a look at your reasoning.

Batman has one of the most impressive and varied Rogues list in comics. You don't think he has contingencies for foes of comprable and/or superior might than Spider-Ock?

Prometheus- Prometheus is the master of prep and has files on almost every meta in the DCU.

Deathstroke- Foremost mercernary in the DCU who has outhought Batman and his disciples on several occasions.

Midnighter- Fighting ESP.

All of the combatants are more than prepared for Spider-ock.

If a DC character came to NYC wouldn't it be reasonable that the media would have coverage of the MU characters?

What are you talking about? You are counter arguing who exactly? All I've said is that your scenario is full of holes and is illogical.

Oh and to answer your question, spider-man getting ported to dc wouldnt really be noteworthy considering they got heroes that patrol dcu ny. At best it might be 50/50 chance they would even make a big deal about it.

Spider Ock, he has the ability to kill everyone on the list before they realize what is happening...

If Prometheus gets his last suit, he is faster than Spider-Ock. Just ask Jay Garrick.
