All-Star. By implications he was on PC levels and his power was even greater because he came to close to the sun.

I'd lean toward DCNU, bench pressing the earth for 5 days was more impressive to me than the 200 quintillion ton press.

In a fight I'd lean toward All-Star I guess, since he actually has a pretty high profile win over Solaris even if he had some help.

All Star wasn't even as strong as preboot Superman, so I'm not sure where he scales with this new one.
