I think LOBO goanna be pimpin a new spotted fur seat cushoin on his bike.

The location does give Cheetah an edge, and Cheetah's claws are sometimes noted as slowing regen.

Still, I'd probably give it to Lobo 7/10 or so.

Hurting LOBO dosen't realy slow HIM down.

It usealy tends to make it more fun for HIM.
