Who can affectively blitz (and put down) an angry Clark Kent for the majority?

Probably just Hunter Zolomon. Thawne is faster than Superman, but Clark is so much stronger, and durable that a lucky shot could put Thawne down, do I doubt he'd successfully get a blitz majority.

The funny thing is that both Zoom and Thawne blitzed superman. Zoom did little more than annoy him and Thawne got swatted aside like a bug. They both lack striking power to down superman. Lulz at runner though, Makkari left him in dust by running at lightspeed. Jay garrick is faster than Runner.

His combat speed isn't really written up much but his fastest travel speed are crazy...

runner has gone so far beyond lightspeed that it's ludicrous. in theory he could do it, but his lack of battle feats makes it almost impossible to prove.

ss could POSSIBLY do it, but his lack of battle speed also makes that little more than conjecture. there is no one else in marvel who could possibly do it.

zoom of course could do it in dc. my guess is savitar could have. prime could definitely blitz him, as could his older pc self. seems cheetah was able to manage it as well, at least once.....using pure speed i don't think anyone else could do it. it would require some time manipulation powers (which is kinda/sorta zoom's thing now that i think about it.....) or i guess a teleporter, but that isn't a blitz.

Cheetah got the drop on him, in speed he was equal to superman by his own account.

I've always felt that Surfer was faster travel wise, but Superman was faster reflex wise.

Either way, Surfer isn't fast enough to blitz him, tbh.

Straight up faster in travel. He can't even go FTL now without going in hyperspace nowadays.
