1. Static wins a few due to his creativity with his powers and environment. But for the most part he can't overcome John's power. Although he did power John's ring at one point, so that may be an advantage of his.

2. Pretty much the same as the cartoon, although comic Virgil is a whole lot more skilled with his powers and a lot smarter.

Static gets somewhere between 2 and maybe 5 wins in either one. It's not spite, but it's not that fair.
