Akuma from street fighter VS Raiden from Mortal kombat, who wins?

Probably Akuma.

Dear lord, Akuma ends Raiden and several miles of whatever land they are occupying with a punch.

If we are including comic Akuma this is even more of a stomp, he jumped up practically into orbit and punched a large meteor to pieces.

Akuma beats the lightning out of Raiden.

Akuma punts him to the moon, leaving a smear on it big enough to be seen on earth

Akuma rapes (well he also stands above the entire MK-verse physically)

This is like putting Sub Zero(Raiden) vs Ryu(Akuma) so Akuma dominates
