Circe had troubles because he had complete control over his body. He also had better protections against extreme heat and colds. Remember, Cyborg can teleport as well. He can send SS or War Machine to Apokolips if he wanted to and has done so in the past.

Fernus couldn't get the job done, there's no way Skrull is pulling it off imo.

Team 1 stomps.

Ronan's plot device Universal Weapon plus Skrull's forcefields/supernova = easy win.
