What Spiderman villains could Batman compete with?

1st scenario.
No Prep, just a random encounter.

2nd scenario
Prep on both sides (if applicable. Meaning some Spiderman villains like the Lizard are too far gone, or just too dumb to prep)

How does he do?

Batroc the leaper 7/10
Kingpin 6/10
Mysterio 7/10
Trapster 7/10

Idk more later I guess

Isn't Batroc more of a Cap Villian?

JLA Level Batman could probably take out a fair amount of midlevel spidey villians.

I was thinking this as well about Batroc, but he seems like such a good match for Batman that i didn't say anything about it.

I think that Batman would have a hell of a time with the Green Goblin. Without prep Doc Ock would probably win more than not. Kraven would be a very interesting match up. When it comes to Venom I'm not too sure about it, unless he exploited his weakness from the start, same goes with Carnage. Hydro Man?

Yes.

And KP became more of a DD villain over the years. Trapster does not belong solely to the Spider, either.

He just had his five minutes as the big Spidey villain in TAS, but that's all. Even in that show DD chimmed in for a couple of episodes...
