With prep, Namor takes it easily. WBH is no greater than the Hulks of the past and since he wont have the wishing well to amp him is nothing beyond what an underwater namor with a whole hour of prep can handle. Namor underwater afterall has defeated savage hulk in the past and that is without prep.

Hulk and even WBH is still a one trick pony while Namor has the advantage of manoevrability and speed in a favorable environment.

Even without prep and on land, Namor still stomps.
