Ben10 grandpa max with metal arm VS DCAU batman (justice league cartoon)
Fight takes place in central park.

Round1/ Max gets access to plumber gear and two hours prep, batman gets two hour prep.

Round2/ random encounter, max gets whatever he has in the rust bucket.

Batman totally sh*t stomps 1, that's for sure.

Max knows some hand to hand and firearms, but nothing really special.

Ok then no prep for batman and Max gets prep if that makes it anything other than a stomp in batmans favor. :3

Batman no rep Would get a nice surprise by all the alien tech Max can get from his plumber crew. Power suits, guns, teleporters more guns. Max would win.

Both with prep, batman would have a nice fight on his hands until it got up close. That metal arm can do but so much then and with prep batman can probably crash his batplane into the old guy lol.

Random encounter.. Batmans basic gear is his batarangs and grappling hook and maybe some minor explosives. max gets all his crap from the rust bucket and hell the damn RV is a weapon itself (can fly and has heavy armaments) If max can tag batman with all those missiles and beam weapons he wins. Again if batman gets up close he is done.
