Snake doesn't stand a chance. Most of Hellsing's lower level bad guys operate on a higher level than most of MGS's higher level characters.

I've played every Metal Gear Solid game except for Portable Ops but I saw Cubex' entire playthrough of the game on youtube

Snake is a watered down version of the Punisher. I say that because Punisher has at least done well against fighters like Daredevil, who would stomp Snake in the span of about 5 seconds.

Agreed, even Vamp who was a top tier MGS character, can't even bullet time with his own speed.
Sam Rodrigues is probably the most skilled character in the entire MGS series and he got wasted by Senator Armstrong.
