The Monarch somehow gets a hold of the Main Man and hires him to kill Dr. Venture and it's Brock's duty as a body guard to keep him from killing the old man.
So this is fair, let's say upon the assassination attempt, Lobo gets accidentally caught in one of Dr. Venture's random experiments that somehow rewrites his Czarnian physiology that makes him human-like so his regeneration is removed, his durability lessened, and his strength hindered but can still lift a ton.
These fighters must rely upon their skills and weapons (Brock with his bowie knife and Lobo with his hook and chain). The fight of course takes place at Venture Industries, starting in the lab.
Does the Monarch finally rid the world of his arch enemy through the use of an intergalactic bounty hunter or will he meet a pissed off Brock who will shove a dead/unconscious alien up his rectum by the end of the day?
