new 52 DS wins, with his armor he was able tank a submarine, however his armor proved to be vulnerable in certain areas (knives being able to pierce) so i think if bane uses that vulnerability he might win this, otherwise i dont see him winning.

Bane. He is such a beast in the DCnU I dont even think deathstroke could pull a majority against him.

Deathstroke should win here...smarter,faster with a good healing factor,his armor helps too.

I took another look at OP and realized this wasnt a pure H2H fight so I'll change my pick to deathstroke.

If it were h2h Bane would win otherwise Stroke ftw

Bane if he gets a hand on Slade wins, he can strip him out of the armor

What's Bane's damage soak when it comes to stuff like bullets?

Pre DCnU, w/o Venom, Bane could take some ridiculous shit. Still, I'd imagine Slade could riddle him with gunfire.

DS had a prolonged fight with lobo in that suit. He should be able to handle bane no problem.

DcnU Slade pulls it off after a tough fight.

Classic Stroke would lose to DcNu Bane.

I'm a Bane fan but I'll take Deathstroke...only cause of the Nth armor though....

Id take slade even h2h honestly. Banes not much stronger if at all, Slades faster, smarter, and has a really good healing factor. He recovered from being impaled in mere moments like 2 issues ago.

That really doesn't make sense to me. Predcnu slade has much more and better feats....dcnu slade has better armor. Either way id say pre beats dcnu so far.
