a Batman without prep that isn't blood lusted definitely can't win this.

beast wins in a random encounter, with prep, bruce takes it. pretty one sided imo.

I'm gonna go with batman. Beast might have the strength and agility advantage but there is severe h2h skill gap between the two and has the tools to tip the battle to his favor.
