Some of the more noteworthy feats:
-Tracking characters across the globe by their auras alone.
-Casually busting through Strange's Crimson Bands of Cyttorak.
-Armor that adapts to attacks used against it.

Strange

Doom is in his class though and exceeds him in certain areas

Here he admits that a) Strange "clearly bests him" in sorcery and b) just to keep up he needs to "boost his armor's power by a factor of 10 and even then that's not enough".

PIS/CIS off, Strange got this. That'd be a good scan if it weren't completely irrelevant to current Doom.

The best way to decide this battle would be to look at their fight when Doom was like at his lowest magic wise

Stange still bests him in experience. he got like 5000 + years of battle experience against casters in that magic war and has knowledge about counters to dark magic. Of course current doom is almost at the same level as his but he got the the SS mantle, better artifacts, more knowledge to his side than Doom
