Honestly, I am no expert of Omni Man has I have seen scans and read random bullshits hear and there...

He fought Supreme to a double KO and recovered first.

Gladiator wins. More fts to pull from and Gladiator also fought Supreme to a standstill...difference is; Gladiator and Supreme was going to take a solar system with them if the fight continued.

Omni has feats to pull up too. Gladiator was outclassed in his fight with a weaker supreme. The supreme Omni fought was explitly stronger than that supreme who was actually Suprema impersonating supreme and this supreme easily manhandled suprema and knocked her out with a punch. Collateral damage is irrelevant.

When was Gladiator outclassed and where are you getting the info from that Supreme was weaker in his fight against Gladiator?

Neat trick there from Glads, but really, him saying they would have destroyed worlds (presumably from fighting from one to the next not busting all of them at once) doesn't mean they were actually going to destroy a solar system if they continued.

I was mathematically presuming it would have destroyed the planets in that solar system but yeah, you are right. Still impressive. It was stated numerous of times by both Glads and Supreme that they would have laid waste to worlds.

I'm kinda on the fence.

Do these worlds have any feats?

By his own words he was outclassed. It was later revealed that superma was impersonating superme for a long time under hypnosis. This supreme who Omni fought was an explicitly stronger version of supreme than all the previous ones.Originally posted by carver9

Read the fight. Supreme was said to be twice as strong as gladiator.

I have the scans for you. Gladiator was saving lives while fighting Supreme. He even admits they are equals.

Also when it comes to supreme feats Omni-man's seems more impressive.. One fakes his death to avoid collateral damage and the other manages to pull a double KO and stand up first.

I can understand if the Collateral damage involved cars being destroyed but why not fake your death to avoid killing trillions? Gladiator said their fight would have lasted years and PLANETS would have been destroyed. Gladiator was saving lives while fighting Supreme...wouldn't him going all out killing everyone made his purpose futile?

Collateral damage isn't always indicative of how powerful fighters are. When Thor fought Bor, they barely damaged a city block. But it was Thor, fighting a guy more powerful than Odin and the Serpent.

I'd lean toward Gladiator, better feats in his respective Universe, as I thought it was a policy of KMC to ignore Crossovers in general.

So does it matter how Gladiator looked against Supreme or how Omni-Man looked, both examples should be tossed out with the bathwater, and the debate should focus on the relative performance they have in their own Universes against elite fighters and the feats of (speed, strength, durability, etc...) they've performed.

Don't know about OMNI but the Gladiator and Supreme fight is canon. The damage that Supreme did towards the Shair Empire was brought up issues later. Supreme was even brought up in reference to the near fall of the SE.

Supreme vs Omni-Man is canon considering they are from same company and Supreme mentioned Omni-man's fight with Invincible and Omni-Man mentioned supreme's fight with Suprema.

This is a repost from the other thread:

More of a in story crossover recon, Omni-man was no where to be found in the 90s during all the extreme Liefeld crossovers like sacrifice, destroyer, etc... nor was he apart of Wildstorm before being sold to DC. But according to this recent battle he'd known Supreme since the very beginning, they were old friends.

Reminds me of when Superman crossed over to the Fantastic Four Franklin Richards had long known of Superman and was playing with Superman toy dolls and considered him the greatest hero of all time. Other times Superman crosses over to Marvel they don't have a clue who he is.

Omni-man and Supreme (powerless mjolnir carrying version, daughter possessing son version, Alan Moores, Rob Liefeld's original, alternate dimension etc...), did not really exist on the same Earth until this recent comic Supreme 67.

I remember Invincible #60, a comic that had dozens of image characters show up to stop the Mark invasion of his alternate clones, including some that boasted about killing Omni-Man, and some of them were taken down by Savage Dragon, Pitt, Firebreather, and more. Image actually called this issue a "done-in-one crossover event" and above the title actually say "The Crossover Event of the Decade!"

So even if it is the same company, they do consider those to be crossover events. Now is that valid for KMC I don't know we'd need to have PR or some MOD rule on it.

Personally I judge intercompany crossovers the same way as company crossovers, be it Prime (from Ultraverse) fighting Marvel's Thor 50/50, when Marvel bought Malibu comics, it was still a crossover in my eyes.
