Wow, this is hard to determine. Bruce has the feats, skills and intelligence that gives him a clear edge over Kurt, but that's balanced out more by Kurt's physical edge, lethal weaponry, and h2h skills accompanied by his teleportation. I'll have to think on this some more.

When did he come back? Heard the rumours and Marvel wasn't exactly quiet about it, but what issue?

I'll have to do some back searching to find it in my files, but yeah. He's been in Heaven since his death, but he's felt he still has things left uncompleted, so he never went to Heaven proper; not because he's unable, he just hasn't felt like it. He's literally been sitting on the edge of the floating island and never actually going into the shining city in the center. Then Azazel shows up and now a fight is about to go down.
