I'm interested what others have to say, so far I'm leaning toward Doomsday.

Id pick DOS Doomsday over Lobo, HP Doomsday rips him to pieces.

H/P DD definitely wrecks an average Lobo, but if "at his prime" means we're only using Lobo's best, I don't know. There's some pretty crazy feats there.

If LOBO at "His prime" means LOBO with clones.
