Both Dharma and Hunter in their prime. Adult Franklin. Who wins and why?

While Dharma is a universe destroyer/creator, he was ultimately beaten by Starbreaker. Feat-wise Hunter is a non-factor.

Team 2 wins.

Hunter who subconsciously created hundreds or thousands of universes? Eventually called the greatest mage, right?

You have, but you probably forgot about it. Heard it here and other boards.

Like I said in that thread, the best Hunter-feat I know of was when he created a world and could manipulate it to his whim... A far cry from creating 'hundreds of thousands of universes', though. /shrug

So, the creating of universes is non existent? I've heard this feat with other posters. I'll see if I can find any scans.

Galan007
Dunno. I've just never seen it, is all.

The very same feat which kid Franklin achieved long before acquiring any measure of control over his powers. And this is Adult Franklin, who's supposed to be like a bajillion times more experienced and in control.

Supposedly a rogue Tim (Who was equal or lesser power) was killing all of DC's Mystics, including the Spectre. If indeed he did create "universes", a fight between Franklin and Tim Hunter would be great to see.

bump for Operator. He's provided some neat info.

Franklin solos... Legion naps

^ Not really.

tim did in fact create countless alternate universes, without even knowing it. FR has a similar feat, but he created pocket universes, which are limited in size as opposed to a regular universe.

Apart from that (and he created another alternate universe in another instance as well), tim also opened all the gateways between worlds/universes, hence why he's called the opener.

Tim nullified a spell (off panel) which was creating entire universes out of paintings around the whole city (creating millions of universes).

When he became the merlin, he is able to speak the song of creation, which makes and unmakes all of creation.

Tim is definitely a factor here. At full potential, neither adult franklin nor legion can handle him. Dharma should be on the same level as either one of them. So team 1 should take it, imo.

That scan, at face value, represents the warping of a single universe.

Just sayin.

I know.

"Id"
When Legion placed the Universe in the box. It was the entire 616 continuum. That includes alternate realities and shiz.

that wasn't the multiversal feat. Here it is:

books of magic #58/60:

as the 1st scan shows, tim creates alternate worlds/universes, by splitting off his emotions, creating an alternate tim which represents this emotion, and an entire universe in the process.......second scan shows that there are thousand of worlds that he spawned.

Im assuming you'll want confirmation that these are universes and not merely worlds/planets, because it was never directly stated that tim created a thousand universes, it was always referred to as worlds.

name of magic: confirms that tim saved not just one dimension (the main one) but many others (which were his creations):

proving that what tim created, is dimensions, which are = universes.

books of magic annual #3: On panel, an alternate tim, destroys an entire reality (proving that those alternate worlds, are in fact whole realities):

the impressive part about this is also that each of those alternate tims have a portion of the real tim's magic, and the real tim never even noticed that his power diminished. So it's reasonable to say that tim created those universes with a small fraction of his power.

That's certainly above what franklin and legion have to offer.

Did Tim actually perform any impressive spells, seeing as he's a mage? And supposedly the greatest mage in existence? Nice roundup of scans as usual.

Not anything major.

he actually is confirmed to be the greatest mage in the universe, which is why he's the merlin, he acts as a conduit to (and able to speak) the song of creation (he can create and erase things form existence).
