Similar to the Red Son arc, except that rather than the Ukraine baby Kal-El crashes in Egypt and is discovered by Apocalypse. Apocalypse knows that Kal is an alien and not a mutant and because of his sense of mutant superiority, chooses to raise him like a dog. So basically Apocalypse would have his own personal super powerful attack dog, knowing only loyalty and nothing of mercy, compassion, or free will.
Mr. Sinister learns of this, and recognizing the potential voices an objection. He convinces his master to allow him to make a clone of the alien. The two also agree that they will each raise their aliens separately and when they are fully grown, the two aliens will complete against each other in a fight to the death. Who wins?
