If spiderman,the human torch and the original xmen(cyclops,jean grey,the angel,iceman and the beast) was in the dc comics would they been members of the teen titans?

They form spiderman and his amazing friend's and do stuff on their own. I'm confused as to what their overall purpose would be tbh.
