Setting is the main gathering room of the steel mill, the Joker's hideout from Arkham City.

Wesker is in Uroboros form.

Lucy is at full health and is in her own mind, not Nyuu.

Both are naked. Wesker starts above ground in the doorway of the upstairs office that was used at a platform/stage. Lucy is at the opposite end of the room.

Plenty of debris and objects that their tentacles/vectors can grab onto.

Anything goes, to the death.

Uroboros form most certainly loses.

Her Vectors would be too fast for any Wesker.

Even with Wesker's regen and damage soak? He was still alive when he was in the lava pit.

Lucy's vector reach is 2 meters.

I dunno. Y'all might be right.

How good is his regen again? Lucy can go around ripping limbs off, Vectors can be like surgical intangible knives and damage your insides. IIRC she cut some vessel in a guys head.

Only 2 meters? Wesker can close that kind of distance very fast and punch a hole through her.

Her vectors can get much longer and faster if she strains herself. Spoilers. By 'all' she means 'humanity' btw. She was melting herself by doing that shit though.

Would it matter if Wesker were not in Uroboros form?

Isn't end-manga Lucy different from how she normally is throughout the manga?

Yes. Her normal limit is 2 meters, then apparently when she regrew her damaged horns at one point it went to 5m.

Then at the end.... crazy range ^^

In the manga, Lucy's vectors reached into low orbit at one point.
