I am still wondering about this, as Yoda was able to stalemate RotS Sidious, but Caedus seemed to give Luke major trouble in their fight.

So, who wins?

Yoda imo. Caedus can't defeat him in lightsaber combat nor can he overwhelm him with the Force.

I don't think anyone can overwhelm Yoda with Force or in lightsaber combat. But after an exhaustive fight Caedus can take it.
