Scorpion is physically far superior to bruce. The only hope for batman here is something from his belt in a standard fight. I could see him winning with prep.

Scorpin heavy majority.

In a fight with no prep, I'll take the guy who Spider-Man has trouble with. Just lucky for Bat's it isn't uber Scorpion.

With prep or surprise in the right environment, Batman.

In a 'fair' fight, Scorpion's superior physical stats should pull him through.

Batman.. Gargan has lost to people similar to Batman in the past

Though doesn't he regularly pose a threat to Spidey?

When he's not jobbing, which he shouldn't be in a forum fight, he's a very real threat. One of the biggest threats out of Spidey's rogue gallery.

The former will only reduce his defense. Scorpion will still need the speed and accuracy to hit him.
