2000 ground troops for each. No flying jet skiis for the Chitauri, just plain ground troops. Chitauri's get their energy staves and Frost giants get their natural born ice powers. Chitauri gets 1 leviathan and Frost giants get 1 of those frost monsters they had in THOR movie (the one that Thor drilled a hole through the mouth).

Fight takes place in NY. Objective is genocide of the other race. Additional points to whichever race kills the most humans as collateral damage. Which race emerges victorious?

Chitauri wins because of leviathan.

The Ice Giant attacks could go through Asgardain armor I think the Frost Giants could hurt the Leviathan

Frost giants should beat them silly. That big doggy of theirs would kill alot of the troops while the front giants lost very few taking down the leviathan with thier ice powers.
