Probably Shang. Bane's a tough fight for street levelers.. Shang could mop the floor with Batman a lot easier then Bane ever did, considering he could hurt Gorilla Man's body, tear apart a Doombot, and go at it with Spidey and Iron Fist (Who, imo, is more on Spidey's level then Batmans, and so virtually more meta then street even without his Iron Fist..)
