The Speed Force returned, yes.

Jay can also do more things with speed outside of just being fast, like the other Flashes can.

I understand the speed force returning but even with it he had issues going light speed. Remember the Black Adam showing when they were running around the world to build energy?

Yes, I remember that showing. Which, iirc, was well before Infinite Crisis and the Speed Force returning.

Even if Pietro is habitually faster than Jay - I don't think he is - Jay has a considerable experience edge as well as abilities involving applications of speed not limited to just being fast in of itself.

The fact that Jay was able to engage in combat with Black Adam at all is a crazy feat for the old man.

Jay was using the speed force during that instance...I think we are talking about two different scenes.

Yes, Jay fighting Adam is a different instance than Jay using Adam's speed to boost himself.

Jay can go lightspeed, he just chooses not to. He also has casual nanosecond showings.

Thor's got casual lightspeed-pie blocking showings.

How come you won't credit those?

Jay has also come close to join the speed force in his fight with Rival.

Also I've only seen wally do this, i.e be in two places at once. Jay is in New York and San Francisco at once.

If you mean the one where Jay stole Black Adam's speed after he'd left BA in his dust because the fastest BA could go was half the speed of light and Jay went FTL and then broke the time barrier and went to ancient Egypt?? If that's the one you mean that is actually a high end feat. Jay is the only speedster in DCU besides Wally capable of speed stealing. he is also still FTL he just can't maintain it for extended periods without risking a heart attack ( all about maintaining his heart rate to s set number of thousands bets per second). When Johns left JSA just a few years ago and the entire JSA was surprise attacked by a team of villains after a reword on the JSA's heads only Jay and Stargirl were left standing. JAy disappeared from the view of all villains present ( including a couple of light speed villains who didn't even see him leave) and returned in their view almost as soon as his image disappeared with Dr Fate from the other side of the country. He disappeared from the view of people who speed blitzed Powergirl. That fast enough for you???

Also as soon as he steals quicksilver's speed ( which he's one of the only three characters in comics can do - Wally, Jay, Juggs) he stomps

Just had a look in my scan folders for the running for help one. I don't have it there so i'll have to dig out my issue ( JSA 30 IIRC) I have the page between him leaving and returning ( the one where we see 8 or 9 zones of the country as he passes through them and thinks about pacing himself so his heat rate doesn't get much over 20,000 beats a minute). I know I ahve the other ones either on my CV images or photobucket ( I've used them all a lot)

Fortunately my Justice society comics are pretty orderly.

You still have to think t create a telepathic energy wave. Plenty of street levellers dodge bullets who aren't faster than them because they dodge aim. Really not seeing a difference here. Unless your saying that batman, Daredevil and countless others have sonic speeds now ( which would have made classic Quicksilver pretty damn redundant now wouldn't it since every Tom Dick and Harriet would have been as fast as him)

Telepathy is a projectile?

Isotope E QS could only go just over mach 10. It's after Son of M, where he displayed a significant speed increase.

On that note, I'm still not convinced QS can go lightspeed. The panel in question said said he was moving faster then radio waves. I strongly believe they meant speed of sound as QS before or after that panel has done nothing close to reaching lightspeed.

Don't care for Northstar, Aurora is where its at.

Though it was just shown last month Northstar can RUN at lightspeed Not a fan of that.

I said Northstar because I'm not aware if Aurora is currently dead, you know those canadians, dying all the time when they aren't gay.

It was not his top speed (nor did it state that), but it was used to portray why no one could contact him as e was running faster then the signal. I still doubt they meant him to be going lightspeed in a throw away panel.
