i can see the reaction time argument seeing how hawkeye was able to take a shot at her, but saying that firestorm can actually transmute wanda and end it there, is a bit stretching it. She's on a whole different level than firestorm.

That was distressed/confused Wanda conversing with Dr Strange,
and distracted really due to the fact Wanda was conjuring a mini-
reality in front of Strange in order to explain her side of the story.
Then, comes the arrow, (to the heart it seems) which was
immediately/easily removed, dismantled before dismantling Hawkeye like lego blocks just the same.

I don't know anything about Firestorm,
but nothing short of an Omniversal power (or All encompassing/God-like power)
has a chance of even stalemating a battle ready HOM Wanda
before a debate can ensue.

Being shot by Bendispower Clint isn't a low feat.

It's testament to how powerful Wanda was that she was able to come back from Clint's holding back arrow. If he had tapped into the Renner Force, she would have died for good.
