Sandman could win in a smart fight.

Yeah, Sandman is the hardest to put down, but sonics should do the trick.

His armor can shift size with combat needs. He can even operate under water. He's more capable than anyone on that list.

neither of those abilities even come close to addressing why Venom would win...

I think he has a 60% chance to stop at sandman.

What has Cyborg done to show that
he is over Venom, Doc.Ock and Goblin?

I never said Venom would win. His weapons won't do much harm.
