How powerful is C.Steel?

Team 1 imho

What power levels is Sentinel at?

Team 1 solidly

Defenders take it. Pretty poor line up for JSA quite frankly, considering there are some very even matches for almost all these characters

better matches would have been

Blk.Panther - Mr Terrific. Both super genius' and martial artists
Blue Marvel - OK you got this one reasonable with Capt Marvel
Dr.Strange - Dr Fate. version for version matches Strange
Rulk - Citizen Steel would have been the match here -brick
Silver Surfer - Alan Scot has the same versatility
Pulsar - Stargirl or Starman ( Jack or Ted)
Namor - no exact match but as bricks go maybe Atom or Atom Smasher

Now that would have been a border line battle as almost every character line is dead evenly matched.

I didn't use Mr.Terrific cause I wasn't sure about his fighting skills and thought the guy was just some smart guy lol

I'm a big fan of Hawkman so would like to have him in the last slot maybe..

Then there's Dr.Fate.. what to use and he is all over the place terms of power

Micheal Holt is supposed to be a black belt in several martial arts. It's a far cry from whatBP has mastered but more than the 5 of Wildcat ( Krav maga, Muay Thai, hapkido, capoeira and boxing/kickboxing ). So when you add his scientific and tactical mind a much match for T'challa

Classic Fate matches classic Strange most others match the more recent ( Linda and Eric or kent V would be the best match for none SS Strange).
