When it comes to green arrow and hawkeye, they are both pretty much even in terms of accuracy with arrows, but hawkeye is a far better hand to hand fighter than ollie. Between bruce and steve, although both are top tier fighters, steve's strength, speed, agility will be too much for bruce.
