Without his suit shocker could kill himself using his gauntlets. The suit absorbs all the vibrations from his equipment so shouldn't it play a big role in canceling out Black Canary's scream? I even remember him having a bigger more durable suit that I'm sure he can whip out due to having prep. Black canary is the better H2H fighter but even at close range the proximity of his gauntlets are lethal. (which gives the necessity of wearing a protective suit in the first place)so his range weapons can still function to potential lethal offensive use.

Not sure whats in character for BC to do with prep.

Shockers suit absorbs spiderman's punches, and he has a vibration FF that can shatter bone.

His gauntlets can disintegrate humans.

Shocker wins with ease
