Batwing has the durability edge along with the mobility as well. Aside from crazy tech by Panther, Batwing would likely win with all his gadgets.

His durability is going to mean jack considering T'Challa's vibranium weapons.

I think his shields could help, plus hologram misdirection, energy projectiles, etc... It's not nearly a stomp, unless prep is involved.
