Without amps, what has Team Elemental done that's so impressive? Team Herald has created black holes in peoples chests, busted planets, can rearrange molecules, time travel, etc....

Base Swamp Thing has tooled Captain Atom. He also owned a version of Anton Arcane, whose power registered on the same level as classic Trigon and Corrigan-Spectre.

Elemental FS owned Captain Atom a few times.

The others are complete non-factors.
