What if Goku died on Namek?

1) Android 19 & 20 would probably be killed by Vegeta still

2) Android 17 & 18 kicks the Z-fighters butts

3) Cell absorbs the androids

4) Babidi manipulates Cell evil and forcing him to become a servant.

If 19 and 20 were killed quickly enough, they might not get a chance to wake up 17 and 18.

Would Trunks even go back in time? Saving Goku from the virus was the only reason Bulma gave.Originally posted by vansonbee

If Goku wasn't there C-19 wouldn't have absorbed his Ki, making him a much easier opponent for Vegeta and making it less likey that his Ki would have been absorbed. He could have destroyed Gero before he got to his base, leaving the Androids sealed. So while Cell may have been a threat, he'd he stuck in his imperfect form, soon to be killed.
Without this, Vegeta and Gohan would have lacked the years worth of intense training, making Dabura a threat to Vegeta.. not so good, but they'd survive.

The main two reasons that Buu was rez'd was stealing SS2 Gohan's ki and the ki from SS2 Goku and Vegeta in their intense battle. Neither would happen. In fact with his pride as the strongest warrior, he wouldn't get corrupt and be more likely to kill a threat to Bulma/Trunks.

>No Androids, no Perfect Cell, no Buu.

Bad scenario:
If the Androids woke up roughly the same events would have happened, minus Goku training Gohan to near SS2 levels. Cell would have killed them, get bored and probably destroy the planet.
If Cell didnt blow shit up its unlikely that Buu would have been rez'd. Besides all the Z fighters being out of commission or dead at this point, there wouldn't be any tournament going on. Cell'd be too strong for Babidi to properly control, like Vegeta, leading to the wizard with no energy for Buu.. assuming Cell didn't fight Dabura to victory and kill the wizard.

>A Cell version of Trunks' future or the world being destroyed.

Sad to say it may have been better for life if Goku had died on Namek.. Hmm...

SSJGGogeta
Well, Trunks would have never come back from the future, meaning everyone would be weaker than they normally were, making 19 and 20 a challenge for them. While Vegeta might still be able to become SSJ, he would be the only one strong enough to fight with the androids, because he would be about as strong as he was. However, the Z-fighters also wouldn't know where 19 and 20 were, meaning they would have only found them much later.

This means 16, 17 and 18 would never be activated, because 19 and 20 would be fighting the Z-fighters at a different location, not so close to their lab. However, Cell would still be around, and would be able to rape everyone except Piccolo. That is until he absorbed more people and shat on everyone. He would then go to Gero's lab and awaken 17 and 18 to absorb them, before destroying all life on Earth and blowing up the planet.

This means Buu wouldn't exist anymore either, as he'd be destroyed in his cocoon thing. This also means Cell would destroy all life in the universe until he came across Bills and Whiss, and got either utterly raped and killed instantly, or forced into becoming Bills's new slave in place of Frieza. There you have it. Goku dying on Namek would be pretty disastrous.
