If Original Onslaught was introduced as a DC's Rogues who's villain would he be and why?

Martian Manhunter.

Martian manhunter, Stormwatch, green lantern (Kyle) and maybe even Captain Marvel for variety. :3

Would he be a good add to DC comics? How would he do against these Martian Manhunter and others?

He sure would. It would take someone with crazy brute strength and energy manipulating powers for Onslaught to be their rogue.

Depends on which version of Onslaught the OP is using. Beginning Onslaught, yeah, CA can breach his armor and probably manipulate his energy. Full powered Onslaught would destroy Atom in every way possible.
