Good question, I intended for him to have it yes but I wouldn't mind you explaining how big of a difference it will make to further illustrate your opinion.

Ultimate Thor is much weaker than Earth 616 Thor, and in the movie he got completely owned by his own hammer.

Skeletor wins.

The ram stone makes it look more like spite. Without it I'd say skeletor takes 8/10
