They Aren't allowed to call in any other Help but can form alliances among themselves

Paradise Island

Wakanda

Atlantis (Aqua Man)

Atlantis (Namor)

Inhumans

Genosha

Kamar-Taj

Latveria

Madripoor

Kun Lun

Who wins

The Atlaneteans and Inhumans have the huge advantage of their nations being located somewhere that the others would have incredible difficulty laying siege to.

Hell, in War of Kings, didn't the Inhumans relocate to the Shi'ar or Kree homeworld? What other nation state would have intergalactic warfare capabilities?

This comes down to Inhumans VS Wakanda VS Latveria.

I am inclined to go with Latveria.

Preboot Atlantis could cause anyone problems. Hell, even the N52 one would be tricky to deal with.

Doesn't Tiamat lives in Atlantis? and didn't Aquaman punked him already?
