Not sure which PL the image is. Costume looks like Stormy but face and body don't (at least not how I've seen her drawn). If it is I don't see Moonstone having much of a chance against someone who can manipulate dimensions and reality.

If its meant to be Dee than there's more of a fight, possibly swings Moomstones way depending on plot
