Ok, I saw this old horror movie back in the 80's where only the black guy lives. Its about a group home run by a very stern older woman who seems to have complete control over all the patients. A visitor comes to the home and is trapped there when she finds out that the stern older woman is really a patient herself and the real manager of the home is tied up in the basement. After a lot of hacking and slashing in the end there is a large black guy who was slightly retarded ends up to be the only survivor. The last scene shows him sitting down to eat a popsicle and crying. It was so long ago I cant remember but I think it was in black and white.
Also 2nd Fright Night movie was about a guy that gets executed against a tree stump, before he dies he swears to come back and get everyone who killed him. He comes back as a tree stump and kills them all.
